KNOWN33 LLC, doing business as KNOWN33, operates this website and its landing pages. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit, request an AI Visibility Audit, contact us, or communicate with our team. Separate client agreements may address information handled during a paid engagement.

Information we collect

When you submit a form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, company, business website, and message. Audit requests also include the submission date and time and, for our advertising landing page, the page the request came from. On the shorter audit form, we derive a company identifier from the website address you provide.

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and messages, including IP addresses, request information, and delivery logs. Our forms use a hidden spam field and temporarily store a hashed email identifier with attempt counts to limit repeated submissions.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, payment details, passwords, or confidential customer records in our enquiry forms.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, review your business and publicly available search presence, prepare and send audit findings, discuss relevant services, maintain communications, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in an email marketing list.

Service providers and disclosures

Form submissions are delivered to our team using Resend. Our hosting, email delivery, and business email providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, a CRM integration, or email marketing tools on this website. We do not currently deploy advertising or analytics cookies. Technical information may still be processed by our infrastructure providers to deliver and secure the site. If we introduce additional tracking, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the enquiry and any subsequent engagement. Temporary form-throttling entries expire after approximately ten minutes.

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, or to ask us to stop further nonessential follow-up. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law; legal obligations may require us to retain certain records. You may also have the right to raise a concern with your local privacy regulator.

International visitors and children

KNOWN33 LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate, which may have different privacy laws from your location.

Our services are intended for business users, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
